NEVER TAKE THIS CLASS!!!! it is SO boring and he will not work with you at all on your grades no matter what. he also takes points off of your grade for missing class. his lectures are SO boring and his tests are extremely confusing. your only grades in the class are your 4 tests averaged out. only take this if you ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO!

The class is very interesting. you have many chances for grades in here with quiz's and one page response papers. They are very easy if you have read. She is very blunt and says what she thinks and that tends to keep peoples attention, there were great class discussions. there are four test's and the final is not cumulative. one of my favorite classes and will definatly take her again.

he's EXTREMELY boring. he tries to make jokes, to no avail. i think he has ADD or something. when he puts notes on the board, he's all over the place. you have to constantly ask him which topic he's speaking on. his tests are worded poorly and when you get it wrong due to the wording of the question, he pretty much tells you tough cookies. i'd ONLY recommend him to people that are ANTH majors and cannot get around taking his class. if you can, find and take another ANTH professor.
